Bakery Policies

Thank you for supporting our small, home-based bakery. Each order is prepared fresh in small batches with care and intention. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Weekly orders may be canceled for a full refund until Thursday at midnight prior to the scheduled pickup date.

Because all items are baked and prepared fresh on Fridays, cancellations requested after Thursday at midnight cannot be accommodated.

Once preparation has begun, orders are non-refundable.

Pickup Policy

Orders must be picked up during the designated pickup window selected at checkout.

If you are running late or experience an unexpected delay, please reach out as soon as possible. We will do our best to arrange an alternative pickup time when reasonable. However, we cannot guarantee availability or peak freshness outside of the original pickup window.

Orders not picked up and without communication may be forfeited without refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details (including items, quantities, and pickup dates) before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in appearance may occur and are a natural part of artisan baking. These variations do not affect quality or taste.

Allergen Notice

Products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including, but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

While care is taken in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with allergens.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion.
